Nope! All of our templates are designed to work with free Canva accounts or Google Drive. If you happen to have Canva Pro, you’ll unlock extra features—but it’s absolutely not required to use or customize our products.

Yes, but with intention. Anything included in the template is meant to be used for your own business marketing. We recommend customizing the template's photos, fonts, and copy to reflect your unique venue voice (that’s where the magic happens). All assets included in the templates are licensed for free commercial use.

Templates and their contents may not be resold, shared, or redistributed as standalone assets or new products.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final—once you've got those files, we can't exactly put that genie back in the bottle! That said, we want you to feel confident before you buy. If you have questions about whether a product is the right fit for your venue, reach out to us first and we'll help you figure it out.

Each purchase includes a single-user license, which means the templates are meant to be used by one venue or business. That said, if you have a small internal team working on your venue's marketing (hi, coordinators and assistants!), you're welcome to collaborate within your organization. What we don't allow is sharing purchases with other venues, reselling, or redistributing—even to your venue-owner bestie. (They'll just have to grab their own!)
